Directions:

From the Northern State Parkway

  1. Take Exit 35 South (Route 106/107)
  2. Continue to Fork in Road
  3. Stay left onto Route 107
  4. Follow Route 107 over Old Country Road (Walgreen's on the southwest corner - Capital 0ne Bank on the northwest corner – Seven 11 on the southeast corner)
  5. Continue, staying on your left (look for green sign on your right) to Hazel Street (Seven 11 on northeast corner) make wide left onto Hazel Street in front of King Bear on your right
  6. Cross over South Oyster Bay Road to Grumman Road West (Lily Popcorn on left and Northrop Grumman on your right)
  7. Go to end of Grumman Road West, about 1 mile from South Oyster Bay Road (note end of street is a dead end at a cement cul-de-sac). Look for driveway on left at the dead end. Follow signs for:
    The Safe Place
    Child Advocacy Center
    Coalition on Child Abuse and Neglect
    Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence
    Park in the lot, close to Building B, where we are located. Follow the signs to the "Walk Through" to the main entrance to the Safe Place. From the lobby, take elevator on your left to 2nd floor. ALL PARKING FREE.

From Old Country Road East

  1. Make left onto South Oyster Bay Road (Burger King -southeast corner, TD Bank- northeast corner, and Hess – northwest corner and Gulf station –southwest corner at intersection)
  2. Continue south over LIRR tracks
  3. Make left at first light after RR tracks onto Grumman Road West (Lily Popcorn on left and Northrop Grumman on your right)
  4. Go to end of Grumman Road West, about 1 mile from South Oyster Bay Road (note end of street is a dead end at a cement cul-de-sac). Look for driveway on left at the dead end. Follow signs for:

  1. Traveling East exit 28 North Wantagh
  2. Traveling West Exit 29 North Hicksville 107
  3. Proceed north on Wantagh Avenue crossing over Hempstead Turnpike
  4. Continue on Wantagh Avenue following road onto Route 107 (Hicksville/Massapequa Road) stay in center lane (right lane ends)
  5. Continue on Route 107 (Applebees and Lowes on left – factory and smoke stacks on right)
  6. Turn right onto South Oyster Bay Road (McDonalds on your left) at next light turn right onto Grumman Road West (Lily Popcorn on northeast corner and Northrop Grumman on your right
