Community Programs: The Coalition's Education Department provides programs county wide on domestic violence, sexual assault or violence against women. The programs are available without charge to community professional groups and organizations.
School Programs: The youth prevention/intervention project uses trained volunteers to provide programs to schools, colleges and youth programs.
At Risk Populations: Coalition programs on domestic violence or sexual assault are available to special education programs, the physically challenged, incarcerated persons, alternative to incarceration programs, and other high risk groups within the county.
Training for Professionals: Coalition staff provides training on the dynamics of domestic violence or rape, victimization, identification, assessment, intervention, counseling, systems and community resources for professionals in criminal justice, court, health, mental health, drug and alcohol or educational settings.
Information: The Coalition's education staff is available to answer questions and provide written material to students, professionals and interested persons. A small media center is maintained with books, journals and videos. Access is by appointment only.
