The Coalition's Hotline Counselors, trained in the dynamics of domestic violence, rape, and sexual assault and crisis intervention, respond 24 hours a day to the needs of victims.
Counselors support the caller through the difficult task of breaking through the isolation, evaluating the level of danger, examining the options that are available, and linking the caller to the comprehensive services and programs of the Coalition.
